Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. On our end. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Orders will only be shipped after payment has been successfully completed and the order is shown as Paid in our payment system.

For the protection of our customers and our business, certain orders may require additional payment or order verification before shipment. If additional verification is required, shipment may be temporarily delayed until verification is completed.

At this time, The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC ships within the United States only.

Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

If a product is advertised as including complimentary shipping, no standard shipping charge will be added for that item.

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

For customer and seller protection, The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC may photograph and/or video-record the item and the packaging process before shipment.

These photos and/or videos may be retained as part of our internal order records and may be used when reasonably necessary to assist with shipping claims, damage claims, missing-item claims, payment disputes, chargebacks, or other order-related concerns.

This process is intended to provide additional protection and documentation for both our customers and The Authentic Vault by Mely

Packaging & Order Documentation

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided using the email address associated with your order.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping label has been created.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

Because we specialize in luxury merchandise, orders may be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation, depending on the value of the purchase.

High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to receive packages requiring a signature.

Carrier Delays

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC is not responsible for carrier delays; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with available tracking information and eligible carrier claims.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please retain the original packaging, shipping materials, and item until the matter has been reviewed.

For damaged shipments, photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and merchandise may be required to assist with an insurance or carrier claim.

Please do not discard any packaging while a claim is being reviewed.

Delivered Packages

If carrier tracking shows your package as Delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier and The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC promptly so the situation can be reviewed.

A carrier's delivery scan does not prevent us from assisting with an appropriate carrier or insurance inquiry, but reimbursement or replacement is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances and applicable carrier/insurance coverage.
