Preloved Items, Photos & Colors

Please be advised that with a preloved item, it would be unfeasible to list every sign of wear. All major flaws (if any) will be noted in the description. Please manage your expectations. Buyers with allergies or sensitivities to scent, please be aware that smell varies for each individual when buying preloved items.

Pictures are part of the description; please zoom in to review photos for details and conditions before purchasing. Item is sold as is. No warranty. We are not responsible for the progression of wear, accidental damage, or usage of the item.

2. Pre-Owned Merchandise

Unless specifically identified as new, our merchandise is pre-owned or pre-loved.

If you have an authenticity concern regarding an item purchased directly from The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC, please contact us promptly and provide your order information and supporting documentation.

Any authenticity claim will be reviewed individually.

Our authenticity guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and requires that the item remain in the same condition in which it was originally sold, without alteration, modification, repair, or replacement of components after purchase.

7. Item Condition & No Manufacturer Warranty

Pre-owned merchandise is sold in its disclosed condition and, unless specifically stated otherwise, does not include a manufacturer's warranty.

The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC is not responsible for normal deterioration, future wear, accidental damage, improper storage, misuse, repairs, alterations, cleaning damage, or other changes occurring after the customer receives the merchandise.

Customers are responsible for the proper care and storage of purchased items.

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate prices, product descriptions, or other listing errors.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is considered complete.

Any third-party financing or payment service used during checkout may also have its own terms, fees, eligibility requirements, and policies.

9. Order Cancellation

Please review your purchase carefully before submitting your order.

If you request cancellation before an item has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

If an order must be canceled because an item is unavailable or we are otherwise unable to fulfill the order, the customer will receive the appropriate refund.

10. Shipping

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Orders will be shipped only after payment has been successfully completed and verified.

Our expected processing and shipping timeframe will be communicated through our website, checkout process, order confirmation, or product listing.

If we are unable to ship within the timeframe promised, we will communicate with the customer regarding the delay and available options as required by applicable law.

High-value shipments may include insurance, tracking, and/or signature confirmation for the protection of both the customer and The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

11. Returns

Because our inventory consists primarily of unique, pre-owned luxury merchandise, customers should carefully review all photographs, measurements, condition descriptions, and product details before purchasing.

Return requests must be made within [7] days of delivery.

To qualify for an approved return:

The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.
All security tags must remain attached and unaltered.
The item must not have been used, worn, cleaned, repaired, altered, or damaged after delivery.
All accessories originally included with the purchase must be returned.
The customer must follow the return instructions provided by The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC.

Unless the return results from an error by The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC, the customer is responsible for return shipping and appropriate shipping insurance.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return except where required by applicable law.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return results from our error.

12. Security Tags

Certain merchandise may be shipped with a security or return tag attached.

Do not remove the security tag until you have inspected the item and decided to keep it.

Removal, alteration, cutting, or tampering with the security tag may make the item ineligible for return.

Returns & Authenticity

Returns

Customers are advised to ask questions and review all photos before proceeding with the purchase of the item. Any return that is not due to seller error must be in its original, unaltered condition within 7 days of the day you receive the item for a full refund, less a 25% restocking fee. All returned items are inspected, and any item returned in a condition that is not the original purchased condition cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and insurance.

Each item shipped has a hang tag attached for security purposes. When a buyer removes the tag, they agree that the item shipped was accurately disclosed in the product listing and description. The tag must remain attached in order to place a return.

Authenticity

At The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC, authenticity is our priority. All items we sell are guaranteed 100% authentic.

The authenticity of each item is guaranteed by The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC. Every item we list undergoes a rigorous, multi-point inspection and is pre-authenticated prior to being offered for sale.

Authenticity Claims

If an item is proven to be inauthentic, we will accept the return and refund the original purchase price, provided the following requirements are met:

The individual requesting the refund must be the original purchaser.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally sold and shipped and must not have been altered, repaired, modified, or damaged after purchase.
The original purchaser must provide certificates or written determinations from two qualified, independent professional authentication services confirming that the item is not authentic.

Once the required documentation and returned item have been received, The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC will review the claim and process an eligible refund.
