Your digital Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provides independent verification of the item's authenticity and is associated specifically with the item purchased.

Your certificate may include the item's identifying information, photographs, unique certificate number and/or QR code, depending on the authentication provider.

Please Note: The Certificate of Authenticity is issued by the third-party authentication provider and not by the original designer brand. The Authentic Vault by Mely LLC is an independent luxury resale business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the designer brands represented in our store.

Digital certificate will be provided for the corresponding authenticated item.

Important — One COA Per Item

A separate Certificate of Authenticity must be purchased for EACH item you would like authenticated.

For example, if you purchase 3 handbags and would like a Certificate of Authenticity for all 3, you must purchase 3 COAs.

Each certificate is prepared specifically for one individual item and cannot be used for multiple products.

Please provide the product name or order number for the item you would like authenticated when placing your COA order.

Your digital Certificate of Authenticity will be issued by our independent third-party authentication provider after the authentication process has been completed.
